📍 Based in Santa Monica Serving the Westside We come to you!
Welcome to P-Easy Tech Help! I’m Paul Miller, a lifelong tech enthusiast in my twenties with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I’ve been helping people with technology my whole life and started this business to make tech support simple, friendly, and stress-free. Learn more on the About page.
P-Easy Tech Help is based in Santa Monica and serves the Westside of Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Palisades, Venice, Westwood, Century City, and surrounding areas. I also offer virtual and remote help — more on that below. Not sure if you’re in range? Just reach out, I’m happy to check, and can travel further for an additional fee.
Pretty much anything! Here’s a general idea of what I work with:

Devices: Computers, laptops, iPhones, Android phones, tablets, smart TVs, printers, Wi-Fi routers, streaming devices, and more.

Common issues: Setting up email, connecting to Wi-Fi, fixing slow internet, setting up a new device, installing apps, video calling, and general how-to questions.

Bigger problems: Virus and malware removal, dealing with scams or suspicious activity, password and account access issues, identity theft concerns, software crashes and errors, and general troubleshooting.

Not sure if your issue is covered? Just reach out and ask!
Reach out and ask! It’s always free to ask whether we can help, and you’ll get an honest answer back.
Yes! I just prefer to meet in person first so I can help get the remote tools set up on your end. Keep in mind that some issues do require an in-person visit to fully resolve.
Easy! Just reach out by call, text, or email and we’ll find a time that works for you.
The current rate is $50 per hour with no minimum time requirement. Discounts are available for seniors or quick and simple issues. If you find yourself needing regular ongoing help, reach out and we can discuss a payment plan!
Practically any form! Cash is preferred, but Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp work as well. Credit and debit cards can be charged if no other option works.
Nothing is required ahead of time unless I let you know otherwise when we schedule. That said, it’s helpful to have your passwords handy or know where you keep them, and to know where your Wi-Fi router is located.
Absolutely! Just reach out and I can help set up a gift appointment or gift credit for someone you know.
Yes! I can help small businesses in a lot of the same ways I help individuals. For larger companies with more complex needs, I may refer you to someone who specializes in business IT, but I’ll always be upfront about what I can and can’t take on.
Absolutely. No personal information is ever used outside of our appointments, and no data is sold or shared in any way. Your data is precious and it should stay that way.
Of course not! The goal is to help you understand what’s going on and solve the problem in the simplest way possible. If I’m ever being too technical or moving too fast, just say the word and I’ll slow it down.
Feel free to reach out! Quick questions that can be solved in a response or two are no problem at all. However, if follow-up starts getting more complex, we may need to schedule another appointment.
